Rates Drop, Opportunities Rise And How To Get Your Home Ready For Winter.
Fed Cuts Interest Rate Again: What This Means For Mortgages as Markets React
This is the second rate cut we have seen in a row. What does this mean for you as a Buyer?
The recent rate cut gives buyers a new opportunity to get creative with buydown programs lowering your mortgage rate to as low as 5.99%. Giving the buyers a renewed confidence and affordability boost when returning to market. If you are a first time home buyer, investor or a family putting down roots, this might be your opportunity.
Talk with your mortgage lender to see if making the move on the rate cuts is the right choice for you!
Buyers Market Is Still On Fire!
The results are in, the buyers market is still hot!
Sellers are giving out closing cost credits to get their homes sold. This could save you close to $10,000 out of pocket when closing on a house, making it more affordable to bring that cash to close. This has been one of the most favorable times to buy we have seen in a long time.
Even though inventory has lessoned, it still remains strong in all price ranges from $300,000-$1,000,000. Giving Buyers a healthy selection of well priced homes with potential credits given to choose from. Whether you are looking for your first home, upsizing or thinking of an investment property, now is an excellent time to explore your options.
If you've been waiting for the "right moment" this could be it. Lets chat about what these rate changes mean for you.
